About Nancy

For years, I kept repeating to myself  “I have a great life, a good job, a supportive family, —I SHOULD be happy’. At that time my life was filled with so much inner anxiety and angst I could not embrace the gifts of my life.  I would have moments of happiness but nothing I could sustain.  Finally in my late 20’s I started doing my own ‘work' and discovered the areas where I was ‘stuck’ in my life. Today I can report I really do have a great life, a wonderful job and I AM happy!’

I earned two Masters Degrees from the University of Dayton one in Higher Education and one in Community Counseling and have counseled both adults and adolescents. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and I am able to live my passion—helping people figure out theirs!!!

Working with clients, I use a Gestalt Approach, which looks at the whole person—body, mind and spirit and creates self awareness and lasting change.
